Administration Decries 'Democrat Fabrication' as More Jeffrey Epstein Photographs Disclosed

Democratic lawmakers have published a new tranche of what they labeled "alarming" photographs from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The initial drop of 19 images—a portion of which have been seen before—plus another 70 issued later on Friday represent a minuscule portion of the almost 100,000 images released to the House investigative panel, which is examining the actions and ties of Epstein.

The disgraced financier was a victim of an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking offenses.

High-Profile Individuals in the Images

Included in the high-profile individuals seen in the opening set are well-known figures including movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump appears in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is pictured with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

Administration Reaction

The White House reacted to the release in a official comment, charging Democrats of purposefully "choosing" the images for political purposes and to "try and create a false storyline."

"That partisan falsehood against President Trump has been time and again refuted," an administration official stated, maintaining that "the Trump administration has done more for Epstein's victims than Democrats have at any point by repeatedly calling for transparency, disclosing thousands of pages of records, and urging further investigations into Epstein's liberal connections."

Democratic Lawmaker Remarks

The images were published without context, but per a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's links with affluent people.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House obfuscation and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he said in a release.

The disclosure of these documents comes as the oversight committee continuing its probe into the Epstein case.
