The Gunners' 10-game victorious streak came to an end by Sunderland prior to the international break, but will the Premier League frontrunners recover against north London rivals Tottenham this Sunday?
"{I feel like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a plan for this match," stated football expert Chris Sutton.
"Frank will try to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling finest this season - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still manage to win."
Sutton is making predictions for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus artificial intelligence, readers and a variety of guests.
For the twelfth round, he faces singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United supporter.
Murs' new album, the new release, is out on the weekend.
Olly is a skilled soccer player as well as a accomplished singer and has been a featured player of several Soccer Aid games down the years - but he is not planning a professional comeback as a player.
"{I actually played in a benefit game the other night for a friend of mine," he said. "The side was losing 3-1 when I came off in the second half, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I still love football, but I hurt my knee a few years ago and it even now isn't where I want it to be. I hope I could play more but the unpredictability of the game means it's too dangerous for me in my profession to do it properly again.
"Additionally I am 41 now, and we are not everyone is Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am gearing up for the moment that my daughter or boy decides to play instead."
Murs and his spouse his partner have two children, Madison and their son, and he is prepared to emulate his dad by becoming their manager.
"I won't push football on our children but I've previously told Amelia that if they do get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will likely be managing their Saturday soccer team," he added.
"I observed my nephews play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a while too.
"My father coached with us when I was a kid, which is probably where I get it from. He coached our side for two or three seasons and had great fun with it. That could be the future for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
The Blues may have to wait a bit longer for their star's comeback from fitness issues but their offense is now stronger with Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
In my opinion this fixture will be quite tight, however. The Clarets are well organised and their sole at Turf Moor losses so far have been against the Reds and Arsenal.
It smells of a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to choose the London side to win narrowly for what would be their third Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's forecast: 1-2
Olly's pick: Chelsea will be too strong. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's outlook: 0-2
Bournemouth have lost their previous couple matches - although both of them were away - but they got thoroughly beaten by Aston Villa last time out which surprised me.
On the other hand, the Hammers won two in a row before the international break and, although both of those games were at home, they appear competitive again.
West Ham's only on the road win this campaign came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when West Ham manager Nuno was still that team's manager.
Therefore, what on earth do I predict here - will it be West Ham continuing their streak under Nuno, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I am going to go with Bournemouth, because I think what occurred against Villa was a anomaly.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
Olly's outlook: The home team are doing well but the visitors have improved under their boss. 2-2
AI's prediction: 1-1
Brentford were seen as one of the frontrunners for the drop before the season began, but they have surprised a few observers under their manager and are in good form with three in their last four matches.
A family member advised me to select Brentford forward Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks back and, guess what, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will likely find the net again on the weekend but I am still not going to select him or support the away side at Brighton's ground.
They have not had much fortune on the travel this season, and Brighton are always strong at their stadium. Brentford will attempt to attack on the break but I feel Fabian Hurzeler's side pose much more of a threat.
The analyst's forecast: 2-1
Olly's view: It could be a match where you expect there is going to be a many scores but it actually turns out to be rather close. 1-1
AI's prediction: 2-1
It is a huge game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their past six games.
They have have lots of quality in their team but it still seems like they could be sucked into a relegation fight.
Regarding the Black Cats, indeed they are the surprise package of the Premier League campaign so far.
The away side's display in the two-all draw with the Gunners last time out was excellent. We've not seen anyone else rough up the Gunners like that this season, and they were fully competitive for them.
The logical choice would be to support the visitors here, because they are clearly capable of disrupting the hosts up too and, the last time they were in this part of London, they defeated Chelsea at the end of October.
But I am not choose that. Rather, I really need to carry on going against the away team with my forecasts. I am claiming a lot of responsibility for their positive results because they evidently love to prove me wrong.
Looking at the home side's at Craven Cottage form, the only team they have lost to is the league leaders. Marco Silva's side will be absolutely eager for a positive outcome, so I am going to say they will secure three points.
The expert's forecast: 1-0
The guest's prediction: I know Sunderland are performing strongly and also that Fulham are on a poor run... but Fulham have still been respectable at home this campaign. 2-0
The algorithm's outlook: 2-0
It is a tough one to predict. The Reds have lost seven of their past 10 matches in all competitions, but could they be one of the sides who profit from the {international break|
